I’ve been trained by many PTs but working with Jodie I have seen a real change in my body. She plans every session meticulously and has a laser-like focus. She’s an incredibly gifted PT and I thoroughly enjoy training with her.

I’ll be 53 this year and although I have always been active, I have never felt as fit and strong since training with Jodie. Our workouts are diverse and challenging, Jodie pushes me and motivates me in every single session.
I have found Jodie very professional, friendly and knowledgable. My needs were to primarily improve my swimming to assist in diving and with her experience in swimming, she was able to organise a bespoke regime for me with feedback via text to remind me on the salient points. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get and stay healthy.
Training with Jodie has been amazing! I have learnt so much about the importance of good form and how to perform exercises correctly. The workouts are tough but very enjoyable. The training has improved my strength so much and I can now lift heavier than I have ever been able to! Training with Jodie has helped me to reach my goal of increasing my strength and building muscle as well as improving my confidence and I can’t thank her enough!
